How can I transfer my movies and customers from old software to your software?

Now we offer an add-on Import software just for $189 to import customer and inventory data in CSV format yourself. However, we can also import it for you for $79/file if you can provide us your inventory and customer files in CSV or Excel format. You may export the files in CSV (Comma Delimited) or Excel format from your software and supply the files to us or "snail" mail the entire backup of your old software if you are unable to export the files. Data conversion charges may apply, if you cannot export the files in CSV or Excel format.

Yes, it does allow bar coding of all sales and rental items. However, you can choose to scan an item or enter its code manually. It also allows you to scan membership cards. By the way, we sell bar code labels and membership cards, and anything you need for your store at greatly discounted prices.

Yes, it does. In fact, you can create your own unlimited rent or sale based categories. You can also create any number of promotional specials for your rental items. You can also set discount % for any retail items. During transactions, the software automatically calculates and enters rent or sale price according to your rules.

The software also allow you to set rules for different late fees and it automatically calculates and enters when you return a past due rental item.

The program could support multiple locations depending up on the needs. You may choose dialup to download the activities. Long-range locations can be monitored over the Internet. The cost for remote connection feature would depend up on your method of connection.

Does your database have any kind of "point system" that customers can accumulate (through rentals and/or retail) for any kind of promotional bonuses (i.e. free rentals, etc)?

Yes. This is an add-on software module available for only $95 that tracks number of rentals. You can also use this feature for customers who pre-pay for certain number of rentals. However, an alternate solution for the point system is to buy promotional cards that we sell with a hole-punch. You can provide this card to your customers so that they can monitor their points. This card system has been proven to be more beneficial to stores and their customers.
